"What is Trauma and How Can I Overcome it?"


Trauma is often misunderstood and the solutions are commonly left unspecified. 

Trauma is defined "as a deeply distressing or disturbing experience." Many of these experiences are less dramatic than one may expect. A simple example would be: being teased on the play ground as a child. 

"Silly!" one may say.

However, all current emotional upset is a projection from a past experience. 

All of our experiences are being recorded by our subconscious mind
